July is a great time to be living in Fort Wayne… there’s just so much to do including tons of FREE events like the YLNI Living Fort Wayne Concert Series on July 1st at Headwaters Park. Come out for live music, a beer garden, and local food trucks.

Another Free event is the Free Movie Wednesdays at the Foellinger Theater. July 8th, bring your family out to watch The Boxtrolls. Then Big Hero 6 on the 22nd, and every kid will want to come back on July 29 for Frozen!

One of the city’s largest festivals Three Rivers Festival is happening July 10 – July 18 in Downtown Fort Wayne. There will be plenty of events, vendors, rides, food, concerts, and exhibits for everyone to enjoy.

Bring your family and admire the Fort Wayne Museum of Art’s, “Chalk Walk” going on July 11-12 during the Three Rivers Festival. Be amazed at the beautiful sidewalk chalk art created by some of the local artists.

Saturday July 4 catch a home Tincaps game, the Tincaps are taking on Dayton, this is sure to be an exciting game. Stay after for the downtown Fort Wayne firework show located at the Indiana Michigan Power Center Plaza. Or, watch them from the courthouse lawn.

Wednesday, July 15 at 1:30-2:00 pm the Fort Wayne’s Children’s Zoo is hosting Rabbit Chat. This is your opportunity to get up-close with one of the Zoo’s friendly rabbits. Get your chance to pet, and talk with these cuddly rabbits.

As you can see July is a happening month for Fort Wayne and the residents at Poplar Ridge Apartments, with the many events going on there is sure to be something that you can get excited about. Living at Poplar Ridge puts you in a prime spot to enjoy all that Fort Wayne has to offer.
