Today is the official 1st day of Summer and if you’re looking for a way to enjoy it, you’re in luck! We’ve put together this list of 40 things do in Fort Wayne this Summer.

  1. Celebrate 4 days of Greek food and entertainment at Greekfest June 22-25 at Headwaters Park.
  2. Head down to the river for the Fort Wayne Dragon Boat Races. Children’s activities and local food trucks will also be on hand on June 24 at Headwaters Park West.
  3. Enjoy a host of FREE hands-on activities including pickleball, zumba, yoga, biking, rollerblading, live music, food and more during Fort Wayne’s first Open Streets event on July 9th.
  4. Enjoy some food and drinks one of Fort Wayne’s outdoor hotspots, The Deck, located on the St. Mary’s River downtown.
  5. Discover beautiful pieces of art from area artists at the Covington Art Fair in Covington Plaza June 24-25.
  6. Celebrate street performers at Buskerfest on June 24th in downtown. Buskerfest is FREE and features living statues, live music, chalk artists, aerialists, fire dancers, artists, magicians, jugglers, mimes, and more.
  7. Head out to the ball game to cheer on the Tin Caps.
  8. One of Fort Wayne’s favorite Summer festivals, 3 Rivers Festival, returns July 7-15. Enjoy live music, junk food alley, the bed race, raft race, rides, a parade and so much more!
  9. Grab your eatin’ pants and head to Food Fest at Headwaters Park on July 29th to sample food from some of the area’s best food trucks. There will also be live music and a kids korner.
